Visions Of Florence Sold

Michael's latest oil on canvas "Visions of Florence" is currently receiving much affection and emotional reviews..

Most observers have poured their own personal interpretation into this artwork while pondering what she maybe thinking and feeling?

"She seems to be in and out of the background" remarked one female observer.
The question often arises, Is she there or is it a dream, perhaps a memory, or just how it feels to her?

The background was created with many complex layers of oils that were applied with both brush and palette knife.
The figure is somewhat more defined and yet the question remains. " Is she really there, overlooking Florence or is the vision of Florence the figure?

This artwork has now sold.
